Understanding your Skidmore benefits

Benefits are a key part of Skidmore’s total compensation approach. This page provides a high-level overview of healthcare, retirement, paid time away, leaves of absence, tuition benefits, well-being programs, family care, recognition, and other resources available to eligible employees and their families.

Because benefits vary by role, appointment type, union status, eligibility, and plan year, employees should review current benefits materials, consult the contracts for service and trade unions or the non-tenure-track faculty union if applicable, and contact Human Resources with questions about their individual circumstances.
