  • Employment relationship
    • Includes at-will employment, accessibility, equal employment opportunity, discrimination and harassment policies, consensual relationship expectations, and sexual and gender-based misconduct expectations.
  • Commencing employment
    • Includes background checks, immigration compliance, the employment of relatives, employee identification cards, exempt and nonexempt classifications, appointment types, the introductory period, and job responsibilities.
  • Payroll
    • Includes work schedules, breaks, timekeeping, overtime, wage payment, salary deductions, direct deposit, wage garnishments, and business expense reimbursement.
