Jenny DayJenny Day, associate professor of history, is the winner of the 2019 Outstanding Academic Title honor awarded by Choice, a publishing unit of the Association of College and Research Librarians, for her book “Qing Travelers to the Far West: Diplomacy and the Information Order in Late Imperial China.”

Steve IvesStephen Ives, associate professor of health and human physiological sciences, published a research paper in the journal Sports, “The Effects of Chest Wall Loading on Perceptions of Fatigue, Exercise Performance, Pulmonary Function, and Muscle Perfusion,” in collaboration with the University of Verona and Skidmore students Anders Gundersen ’15, Sarina Verma ’15, Ethan Pelletier ’15 and Brock Bakewell ‘15.

Minita SanghviMinita Sanghvi, assistant professor of management and business, was interviewed on the radio show Marketing Matters (Sirius XM Channel 132), powered by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, about gender and marketing, specifically the controversial Peloton ad.  

Mahesh ShankarMahesh Shankar, associate professor and director of the International Affairs Program, was quoted about India-U.S. relations in the article “Friends with benefits” in The Week magazine.

David SniderDavid Snider, lecturer in Arts Administration and executive and artistic director of Hubbard Hall in Cambridge, was quoted in the Times Union article “Hubbard Hall draws founder out of Susan B. Anthony's shadow,” about Mary Hubbard, a friend of Anthony’s and a fellow suffragette.
