The 2022-23 academic year brings new beginnings

September 7, 2022

With so much to celebrate and look forward to this fall semester — from gathering with friends and colleagues and making new connections, to vibrant experiences in the classroom, in the arts, in athletics, and beyond — the beginning of the 2022-23 academic year represents a fresh start and the arrival of exciting new opportunities.

President Marc Conner welcomes all students, faculty, and staff to campus for the inspiring start of another term.

As Skidmore looks forward to the future and a number of campus changes that are further improving life at Skidmore, the College also celebrates its Centennial this year. As the College marks 100 years since Skidmore became a fully accredited four-year institution of higher education under the visionary leadership of Lucy Skidmore Scribner, our Skidmore community is invited to take a look back at our College’s past and, even more importantly, examine our hopes for the future.
