Mark Josephson '94 is a serial entrepreneur. He has built and led businesses at the intersections of media, technology, marketing and software. As CEO of Bitly, he led the company's strategy, growth and sale to private equity. He also led Outside.in through its exit to AOL. Mark lives in New Jersey with his wife, Megan O'Harer Josephson '95 and their three sons.

Neil IMcKinnon III was born and raised in Brooklyn. Where he attended Bishop ForCCHSHS, and graduated from Skidmore in 1997, with BS in business and minored in international affairs. He has been a member of the nominating committee and serves as the chair of diversity and inclusion on the alumni board.
Neil worked for Gieco in a variety of departments including Sales, Claims, and Marketing. In 2008, he left Geico to start his own entertainment equipment rental company. The company provided equipment for corporate and marketing events in the DC metro area for clients including Google, Facebook, Under Armour, and General Motors. After selling Poshbooth in 2018, he has worked as a small business consultant specializing in the development of commercial and government business. Recently, Neil joined the C. Pierce Agency, an independent insurance company, as a minority partner.
Neil lives in Springfield VA with his wife Fiona and their FOUR girls: Marley, MadisonMacie and Malia. They also have a mutt named Wall-e. When the pandemic is over, you can find Neil in the gym playing pickup basketball with faculty and staff on Alumni Board meeting weekends.
