STI Express Clinic HIV Free Clinic Scheduling
STI EXPRESS CLINIC
Periodically Health Services will offer FREE, one site chlamydia and gonorrhea testing funded by a Student Government Association (SGA) grant.
About this testing:
- For students without symptoms
- Testing one body site of sexual contact (urine test or vaginal, oral or rectal swab)
- Appointments will be in Health Services, 1st floor Jonsson Tower
- Testing is most accurate 14 days after your sexual contact.
- Confidential – no information will be shared with other departments, SGA, parents. By New York State law, positive results are required to be confidentially reported to Saratoga County Public Health.
At an appointment you will:
- See a nurse
- Leave a sample to be sent to an outside lab for gonorrhea and chlamydia testing
- Have the opportunity to ask questions and be given additional resources
Results:
- Typically available within 2-3 business days through your Health Services Portal
- If you receive a positive result you will be treated.
STI Express Free Clinic appointments do NOT include:
- Chlamydia or gonorrhea testing of multiple sites
- HIV or other STI testing
- A physical exam or gynecological exam
- Birth control
- Pap smears
- Pregnancy test
All of these can be provided by Health Services at a provider visit. If interested, please call (518-580-5550) or submit an appointment request through your Health Services Portal to be scheduled for a provider visit.
HIV FREE CLINIC
Periodically Hudson Headwaters Health Network (HHHN) HIV Program will be present in Health Services to perform FREE, rapid HIV testing.
About this testing:
- Appointments will be in Health Services, 1st floor Jonsson Tower
- Fingerstick blood testing
- 3rd generation HIV testing
- Results are available within 15 minutes and will be discussed before you leave.
- Performed by HHHN HIV Program staff member
- Confidential – no information will be shared with Health Services, other departments, parents. By New York State law, positive results are required to be confidentially reported to Saratoga County Public Health.

- HIV Free Clinic May 1st 9-4pm
To schedule a testing appointment:
1. Log on to your Health Services Portal
2. Go to “Appt Scheduling” and choose “Schedule Appt.”
3. Choose the “STI Express Free Clinic” OR “HIV Free Clinic” as reason for visit and the date you’re interested in to find available appointments.
