Robert Boyers, professor of English, is the author of a new book titled "Maestros & Monsters: Days & Nights with Susan Sontag & George Steiner." His book tour includes public events at seven American colleges and universities, as well as presentations at The Soros Foundation "Open Society" in Vienna, Austria; The Jewish Book Week in London, England; The New York Institute for the Humanities; Harvard Book Store; and book fairs in Miami and several other cities.

John Brueggemann, professor of sociology, recently published a new book titled “Food for the Future: Stories from the Alternative Agro-food Movement" with Rowman and Littlefield/Lexington Books. 

Hope Casto, associate professor in education studies, and Ginny Lee, teaching professor and accreditation officer in education studies, are expected to publish a chapter, titled "Continuous Program Improvement through an Integrated Student Support System," in the forthcoming book "Using Data for Continuous Improvement in Teacher Education." 

Catherine J. Golden, professor of English, published a review of Talia Schaffer’s book “Communities of Care: The Social Ethics of Victorian Fiction” in Tulsa Studies in Women’s Literature. Golden was also interviewed for and quoted in an article published in The Washington Post, titled “‘Racist’ ‘grooming’: Why parents are trying to ban so many picture books.” In August, Golden gave a lecture, titled “Jane Austen: Her Time, Our Time,” as part of the Round Lake Lecture Series.

John Ratzan, lecturer of management and busines, will have his article "Measuring responsible artificial intelligence (RAI) in banking: a valid and reliable instrument" published in the AI and Ethics journal
