Kris Covey, assistant professor of environmental studies and sciences, was interviewed about his career path, teaching, and fieldwork on the Environmental Professional's Radio podcast.

Evan Mack, senior teaching professor of music, and librettist Joshua McGuire wrote a children’s opera called “Dragon’s Breath,” which had its world premiere at Samford University with four sold-out performances.

Marla Melito, student academic development coordinator and associate director of FYE, has been awarded the credentials of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Co-Active Coaching Institute and Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
