The Skidmore Dining Services culinary staff regularly competes in various regional American Culinary Federation culinary competitions. These competitions play a vital role in the development of staff and raises the standards our culinary excellence. There is no better way for a culinarian to hone their craft than by putting their skills and knowledge to the test in a competitive format. Skidmore's Dining Services first began hosting their own ACF sanction Culinary Conference and Competition in 2012, and was such a huge success that it has become an annual event at the College.
