The annual F. William Harder Lecture at Skidmore College was inaugurated in 1985 and made possible by the generosity of F. William Harder, a Skidmore parent and College trustee (1968-1980). The lecture invites industry leaders to explore the current business environment and the challenges that lie ahead.

Skip Kodak is Regional President of the LEGO Group’s Americas business. He joined the LEGO Group in 2002 in US Sales and led global retail, marketing, and supply chain teams previously for the company. Before the LEGO Group, Skip enjoyed 15 years in advancing roles at Heinz, Ocean Spray, and P&G.
Kodak is passionate and committed to advancing the needs of underserved children and
families at risk. He is a member of the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center board
of directors and is Chairman Emeritus of the U.S. Toy Association Board of Directors.
