Conference Accommodations

There are two options for overnight accommodations:

Downtown hotels: Fq12 participants will receive special conference rates at six hotels in downtown Saratoga Springs that range from 0.5 miles to 2 miles from the Skidmore campus. To reserve a room, please go to the Hotel Information page, where you will be directed to contact the hotel of your choice by telephone. Be sure to mention the given conference code in order to get the conference rate. We suggest that your reserve a room as soon as possible, since Saratoga Springs is a very popular summer resort destination. You will also find information about travel and local events at this site.

On-campus housing: Skidmore College can offer on-campus townhouse accommodations to a limited number of participants for the nights of Sunday July 12 through Thursday July 16. Each townhouse unit has four single bedrooms, two shared bathrooms and a small shared living/dining/kitchen area. Please note: Units come supplied with sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and toilet tissue. There are no electronic devices (TV, clock-radio, etc.) and no kitchen equipment supplied. The units are air-conditioned. The cost of these accommodations is $70 per person per night. You can reserve one (or more) of these single rooms, while they last, by filling out the conference registration form.
