Achievement on the 2017-2018 academic year (including last summer)?

Nominated or qualified for Fulbright Scholars; Currently preparing my fourth exhibition for my Senior Thesis!

How did you choose your major?

I have a passion for creating objects and digital art. Even though the classes are long I loved that I could dedicate hours to creative problem solving, learning new programs, learning about art/ culture from all over the world, and the role art can play in effecting change in society.

What do you plan to do after Skidmore?

I hope to intern in an arts institution over the summer and eventually work in a museum in their engagement department promoting outreach and education in local and global communities.

Recommendations for incoming OP students?

Working hard does pay off, but it is important to keep your mental health in tact. Just remember that OP and other resources are there to help you during your time at Skidmore. And! Take advantage of everything you can. There is usually something going on campus, see a show, a concert, and go to one of the galleries to meet new people and support other talented Skidmore students/faculty.
