Catering

Our award winning dining services offers catered events to the college campus community. From a simple continental breakfast in the morning, to a BBQ lunch at noon, to an afternoon cookie break in between sessions and ending with a cocktail party right before your catered dinner, we can do it all.  We work within your group's budget and needs to develop the perfect menus, setups and decor that will make each one of your events an event to remember.

Sample Catering Schedule

7:30am - Continental Breakfast -  Muffins,fruit, bagels, select pastries, coffee, tea, juice & water

10:00am - Break 1 - Coffee, tea, juice, water & granola bars

Noon - BBQ on the Case Green - BBQ chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, rolls, potato salad, corn on the cob, sodas & waters

3:00pm - Break 2 - Coffee, tea, water, sodas, selection of fruit and freshly baked cookies

5:30pm - Dinner - Murray Aikins Dining Hall - Guest go through line and select from six unique stations

9pm - Cocktails & Karaoke - The Spa - Open Bar & Assortment of Mini Desserts: cannolis, cream puffs, cheesecakes, almond biscotti & petit fours
