Parents' 2016 Federal Income Tax Return and W2's. |
Submit a, signed, dated, legible copy of your parent(s)' 2016 federal tax return, including schedules A, C and SE(if applicable) and all W2's. For identification purposes, write the student's name at the top of the first page. If your parent does not have a copy, s/he may obtain one by contacting the IRS at 1-800-829-1040. |
