Add Beneficiary Organization
Step 1
Using your Skidmore credentials log in to Oracle Applications Cloud.
Step 2
From the Oracle Applications Cloud Landing Page select the “Benefits” button.
Step 3
Select “Select a Life Event”.
Step 4
Select the “Add/Change Beneficiary” from the list of Life Events. Under “When did
this event occur” enter the date by clicking on the calendar on the right hand side
of the date box.
Step 5
Click Continue on the upper right hand corner of the window.
Step 6
Click ”OK” In the Confirmation Window that appears.
Step 7
The “People to Cover” Page will appear.
Step 8
To Add a “Beneficiary Organization” to cover click the “Add” button in the “Beneficiary
Organization” Section.
Step 9
Under “Beneficiary Organizations” fill out “Start date”. Enter the date by clicking
on the calendar on the right hand side of the date box.. Items marked with an * are
required.
Step 10
Under “Beneficiary Type” Select type from the drop down menu. If Existing organization
Select name from drop down menu. Items marked with an * are required.
Step 11
Under “Beneficiary Type” Select type from the drop down menu. If “Trust” add Trust
name, “Additional Info”, and “Trust Description”. Items marked with an * are required.
You may “Save” or “Cancel” your changes.
