Add/Change Beneficiary in Oracle Cloud

Step 1
Using your Skidmore credentials log in to Oracle Applications Cloud.

Step 2
From the Oracle Applications Cloud Landing Page select the “Benefits” button.

Step 3
Select “Select a Life Event”.

Step 4
Select the “Add/Change Beneficiary” from the list of Life Events. Under “When did this event occur” enter the date by clicking on the calendar on the right hand side of the date box.

Step 5
Click Continue on the upper right hand corner of the window.

Step 6
Click ”OK” In the Confirmation Window that appears.

Step 7
The “People to Cover” Page will appear.

Step 8
To Add a person to cover click the “Add” button in the “People” Section.

Step 9
Under “Basic Information” fill out demographic information. Items marked with an * are required.

Step 10
Under “Communication” fill out phone and email information. Items marked with an * are required.

Step 11
Under “Address” fill out address information. Items marked with an * are required.

Step 12
Under “National Identifiers” fill out country information. Items marked with an * are required.
