Change Beneficiary Organization Information
Step 1
Using your Skidmore credentials log in to Oracle Applications Cloud.
Step 2
From the Oracle Applications Cloud Landing Page select the “Benefits” button.
Step 3
Select “Make Changes” which is directly under your name.
Step 4
Select the “Pencil” on the righthand side of the “Beneficiary Organizations” box.
Step 5
Under “Beneficiary Organizations” fill out “Start date”. Enter the date by clicking
on the calendar on the right hand side of the date box. Items marked with an * are
required.
Step 6
Under “Beneficiary Type” Select type from the drop down menu. If Existing organization
Select name from drop down menu. Items marked with an * are required.
Step 7
Under “Beneficiary Type” Select type from the drop down menu. If “Trust” add Trust
name, “Additional Info”, and “Trust Description”. Items marked with an * are required.
You may “Save” or “Cancel” your changes.
