Update Personal Information

This is the page you will see when you log into Oracle Cloud.

  • Apps contains functions you will use as an employee. Click on an icon to enter the App and access its functions.
  • Home (upper right corner) navigates to the home page from anywhere in Oracle Cloud.
  • Quick Actions listed on the left hand side of the page provides easy access to some of the functions contained within your Apps.
  • Favorites and Recent Items allows you to bookmark something you may be working on and needing to access frequently.
  • Watch list is a listing of financial tools you may wish to use.
  • Notifications (bell symbol upper right corner) will display a number if you have any pending items or unread notifications.

REMINDER: DO NOT USE YOUR BROWER’S BACK BUTTON WHEN USING ORACLE CLOUD

To return to the previous page when working within an app, click on the white arrow to the left of your initials in the upper left corner.

The Personal Information App is used to view and edit information pertaining to you, the employee. Click on the icon shown below to view or edit any of your personal information listed within the icons.

Any sections that you can edit will show a pencil on the right side of the screen. If prompted, type an Effective Starting Date and complete any other fields marked with an asterisk (*) along with any other relevant information. Once you have finished updating your information, SUBMIT.

View/Edit Personal Details and Contact Information

Personal Details contains details about your personal information as seen below. Any changes to your name or marital status will be submitted to Human Resources for approval.

Contact Info contains details about your address, phone, and email (both work and personal). Any changes to your address, phone or personal email will be submitted to Human Resources for approval.

View your Employment Information

Employment Info contains details about your work assignment, manager and a history of your employment at Skidmore College. You will not have the option to edit this information.

View/Edit Document Records

Document Records allows you to view and manage your document records, which may include your cover letter and resume, birth and marriage certificates, awards, and any recognition or accolades.

View your Compensation

My Compensation allows you to view your current and past salary, as well as some additional compensation details. You will not have the option to edit this information.

Please note: Oracle Cloud contains sensitive personal data. Please be sure to log out completely and close your web browser when you are finished working. DO NOT use your browser’s back button when using Oracle Cloud Self Service.
