Yelena Biberman-OcakliYelena Biberman-Ocakli, assistant professor of political science, published “When Militias Provide Welfare: Lessons from Pakistan and Nigeria” in Political Science Quarterly with Megan Turnbull, a former member of Skidmore’s faculty. Biberman-Ocakli’s book “Gambling with Violence: State Outsourcing of War in Pakistan and India” will be published by Oxford University Press later this year.

David CohenDavid Cohen, assistant professor in the Department of Management and Business, published “Top Management Team Characteristics and Social Value Creation” with collaborators Jeffrey Gauthier and Chris R. Meyer in the Journal of Social Entrepreneurship.

Matt HockenosMatthew Hockenos, Harriet Johnson Toadvine ’56 Chair in 20th Century History, published “Before ‘Then They Came for Me,’ There Was Christmas Eve 1944. Here’s How a Sermon in a Nazi Camp Signaled a New Moral Voice,” in Time magazine.
