The maximum total earnings during the Academic year for students is $4,000.

F-1 Visa holders may not exceed 20 hours of total employment per week while school is in session.

Important Dates
 
Friday, September 6, 2023 The first day students may begin working on campus for the academic year.
Friday, December 15, 2023 The last day students may work on campus for the fall semester.
Monday, January 23, 2024 The first day that students may begin working on campus for the spring semester.
Thursday, May 9, 2024 The last day students may work on campus for the spring semester.

Note: Students are not able to work through student employment during winter or summer break.

Incoming First-Year Students

It is College policy that all incoming first-year students work within Dining Services. An email will be sent to all students who are awarded work-study at the end of June or early July. The email will inform the students of the required employment forms, a Dining Services questionnaire, and other employment information.

To apply for any of the "Off-campus" community service opportunities, a student must have been awarded Federal Work-Study as part of their financial aid award.

Searches for available jobs and submit an online job application through Oracle.

Students need to complete their I-9 form within 3 days of being hired in the student employment system. Per Federal Requirements, students must also bring their original identifying documents to the Financial Aid Office in person.
