Conference Accommodations
There are several options for overnight accommodations:
Downtown hotels: NE IGR Conference participants will receive special conference rates at several
hotels in downtown Saratoga Springs (ranging from 0.5 to 2 miles from the Skidmore
campus).
To reserve a room, please go to the Hotel Information Page, where you will be directed to contact the hotel of your choice. Be sure to mention
the given conference code in order to get the conference rate. We suggest that your
reserve a room as soon as possible, since Saratoga is a very popular summer resort
destination. You will also find information about travel and local events at this
site.
On-campus housing: Skidmore College can offer on-campus accommodations to a limited number of participants
for the nights of the conference, Sunday, June 7 through Wednesday, June 10. Guests
have the option of selecting a residence hall room (single room, shared bathroom)
or townhouse (four single bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, and a small shared living/dining/kitchen
area). Please note: Units come supplied with sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and
toilet tissue. There are no electronic devices (TV, clock-radio, etc.) and no kitchen
equipment supplied. All units are air-conditioned. Costs for residence hall accommodations
are $70 per person per night. Costs for townhouse accommodations are $106 per person
per night.
You can reserve these on-campus accommodations, while they last, by filling out the
conference registration form.
