The Intergroup Relations Program (IGR) at Skidmore College is pleased to invite your participation in an inaugural Northeastern IGR Conference. This conference will bring together individuals from colleges and universities in the Northeast who have developed (or have an interest in developing) intergroup dialogue programs, courses and cocurricular events in their local settings.

- Keynote speakers from Sylvia Hurtado (professor, Graduate School of Education and Information Studies and director of the Higher Education Research Institution, University of California at Los Angeles) and Joe Feagin (Ella McFadden Professor in Sociology, Texas A&M University).
- Eight BREAKOUT SESSIONS
- An author panel featuring Kelly Maxwell (Facilitating Intergroup Dialogue: Bridging Differences, Catalyzing Change, Stylus Publishing 2011, with Biren Nagda and Monita Thompson), and Ximena Zúñiga (Engaging Difference, Social Identities, and Social Justice, Routledge 2013, with Gretchen Lopez and Kristie Ford).
